Where do you ship?

Currently we ship within the United States - to all 50 states and to Washington, D.C. 

Orders ship from our external fulfillment partner located in Pennsylvania.

Returns are processed at our external partner located in Pennsylvania.

What are the shipment methods?
  • Ground Shipping: FREE (orders over $75)
  • Ground Shipping: $10 per order (orders below $75)
  • Within 2 Business Days: $25 per order (for orders placed before 2 pm EST)
  • Next Business Day: $35 per order (for orders placed before 2 pm EST)
When will I receive my shipment?
  • Via Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days factoring in processing and transit time, dependent upon final destination
  • Via 2 Business Day or Next Business Day Shipping: Within 1-2 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.  Note, orders must be placed before 2 pm EST to make the cutoff or else they will take an additional business day to reach the final destination
When will my order ship?

After you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

Once the order ships from our external fulfillment partner, you will receive a shipping notification email with carrier and tracking information and package status. 

Once the shipment has been registered, the carrier may provide an ETA for delivery.

While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners and/or holiday volume, you may experience delays with your order.

What is the estimated transit time once shipped?
  • Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days

As always, there are nuances within the national supply chain and unexpected delays from time to time. If you have any questions about your shipment ETA, please contact our Customer Service team.

Are you able to ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii and Alaska?

Yes, but please anticipate additional transit time once shipped as delivery will necessitate handoff from a national carrier to the local carrier. The multi-carrier coordination for the final leg of the journey can slow down the rate of delivery.

How can I edit or correct my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email Customer Service at ayrheads@ayr.com and we will do our best to try to intercept or to redirect the shipment provided it has not yet left our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping?

For international orders, the best way to shop AYR is through www.shopbop.com which carries a curated selection of our line and which ships internationally.
